EventLoom Ltd – Terms of Sale

These Terms apply to all purchases made directly from EventLoom Ltd. They apply to both business customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Where you are purchasing in the course of business, certain consumer protections will not apply.

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch of hardware or provide access to a digital download. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders prior to acceptance.

3.1 12-Month Limited Warranty

We provide a 12-month return-to-base (RTB) limited warranty from the date of delivery.

• During this period, we will repair or replace defective hardware at our discretion.
• If repair or replacement is not commercially viable, we may provide a refund.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty on arrival.

3.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation
• Electrical surge or power supply issues
• Liquid or environmental damage
• Unauthorised modification of hardware or firmware
• Use outside documented specifications
• Third-party accessories or integrations

3.3 Professional Use

EventLoom hardware is intended for competent setup and operation in event environments. Performance may depend on network conditions, connected equipment, and configuration.

3.4 Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4.1 Licence

Digital products (including documentation, software, and downloadable assets) are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use.

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly publish the materials.
• You may not share download access credentials.

4.2 Refunds and Cooling-Off

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are provided once download access has been granted unless the product is materially defective.

If you are a consumer, by completing purchase and accessing the download immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your 14-day statutory cooling-off right.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk in hardware passes on delivery. Title passes upon full payment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, business interruption, or loss of data.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
