EventLoom Ltd – Returns Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for hardware and digital products purchased from EventLoom Ltd.

1. Overview

We aim to provide reliable event-grade equipment and clear, straightforward support. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns.

2. Hardware – Consumer Change of Mind (B2C)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law.

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

3. Hardware – Faulty or Defective Products

All EventLoom hardware includes a 12-month return-to-base (RTB) limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • If your product develops a fault, contact us for return instructions.
  • We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
  • If repair or replacement is not viable, we may offer a refund.
  • Where a fault is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or use outside documented specifications.

4. Hardware – Business Customers (B2B)

For business purchases, returns are accepted only for faulty goods or by prior agreement.

  • Business customers do not have a 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Faulty hardware is covered by the 12-month RTB warranty.
  • Change-of-mind returns for business customers are not guaranteed.

5. Digital Products

Digital products (including downloadable documentation, software, or assets) are non-refundable once download access has been granted, unless the product is materially defective.

By accessing digital downloads immediately after purchase, consumers acknowledge that they waive their statutory 14-day cooling-off right.

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Description of the issue (if applicable)

We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a return address.
